The purpose of the Educator Effectiveness process at RBBCSC is to continue to develop professional, certified educators in their respective positions for the work they do in advancing educational opportunities for students and through their collaboration with peers. Specifically, the Teacher Appraisal Plan is to develop our educators and inform student learning. The development and execution of this plan have been accomplished through a joint committee of RBBCSC teachers and administrators with a common goal to develop a process in support of effective instruction and assessment to inform and support student learning.
