STUDENT ACTIVITIES

The Ted Talk for Tuesday, April 27 is titled “What Really Happens at the End of Life?” At the end of our lives, what do we most wish for? For many, it’s simply comfort, respect, love. BJ Miller is a hospice and palliative medicine physician who thinks deeply about how to create a dignified, graceful end of life for his patients. Take the time to savor this moving talk, which asks big questions about how we think about death and honoring life.

Tickets for all home athletic events are electronic only. Follow this link and find your event to purchase at gofan.co

COUNSELING DEPARTMENT

Seniors: Honors Night is Wednesday, May 19. If you are receiving a college scholarship, we want to recognize you for this event. We often do not know which students are receiving scholarships. Please let the guidance secretary, Mrs. Waterford, know of any scholarship(s) you are receiving. Along with this, bring documentation of the scholarship(s) to the guidance office. This could be a copy of a letter, certificate, etc. from the college or organization that is awarding you the scholarship. See Mr. Faust or Mrs. Waterford if you have questions.

Students who would like to request to see their counselor, should complete this Google form: Request to See Your Counselor. The form should only be completed using the student’s RBB email.
