There are only three copies of the 2021-2022 EJHS yearbook left! The price is now $25 and you can order by clicking on this LINK. Yearbooks will be distributed the last week of school.

Volleyball open gym has been canceled for tonight.

EJHS girls’ tennis played Bedford Middle School last night. Varsity won their match 4-1, while JV won in a full sweep at 3-0. Individual winners included the following singles: Sophia Kapperman 8-6, Sam Thompson 8-5, and Ashlyn Schaeffer 6-3. Doubles teams including Molly Adams and Ellie Jackson 8-0, Cora Jones and Meg Wilson 8-1, Jisela Garcia and Ava Norton 6-2, and Ashton Crosley and Hannah Justis 6-5. Their next match is Tuesday at Brown County. Go Colts!!

Last night the girls’ softball team traveled to Greencastle. Kailyr Nichols pitched two shut-out innings and got the win with a score of 23-2. Girls with hits included Madi Bland, Ally Bland, Jayden Stephens, Ella Sproul, Lindzey Rains, Addy Yearby, Ava LaRoche, Kailyr Nichols, and Mallori Evans. Autumn Coons led the charge pitching for the B team win with a score of 22-1. Girls with hits included Ryleigh Burnett, Libby McElhinney, Lizzy Austin, Brylee Moore, Paige Roper, Lillian DeSalle, Averi Krebbs, and Sydney Austin. Way to stay undefeated girls!

Cheer tryouts for the 2022-2023 school year will be held next week. Any current 5th, 6th, or 7th-grader interested in participating should fill out this GOOGLE FORM. More information will be emailed once the Google form is completed. If you are interested in participating but are unable to attend a certain day, please email edgewoodcoltscheer@yahoo.com.

Tryouts:

Any current 8th-grade student interested in trying out for the 2022–2023 EHS Cheer Squad should complete this GOOGLE FORM. Information will then be sent to you via email. We will have clinics on Monday, April 25th, and Wednesday, April 27th, from 6–8 pm. Tryouts will be held on Friday, April 29th, beginning at 6 pm.
