Interested in joining Show Choir? Show Choir dance clinics will conclude today after school. This is a great way to get ready for the upcoming auditions and to meet new people. All are welcome. The dance clinic will be held in the Choir Room right after school until 3:15.
Students involved in after-school activities (i.e. clubs, athletics, etc.) and car riders should stay in class until the 2:25 bell. The bell at 2:20 is only for students who ride a bus.
Students will be taking the ILEARN assessments during the weeks of April 25 and May 2. These assessments require that students bring wired earbuds/headphones to their testing rooms. Please note that wireless earbuds/headphones will NOT be allowed during testing. Students who do not have wired earbuds/headphones will be given a pair.
We had an exciting night of softball last night as the girls faced off against our county rivals, the Btown Catz. Ally Bland pitched the A game for the win with a score of 6-3. Hitters included Lindzey Rains, Jayden Stephens, Ally Bland, Addison Yearby, Kailyr Nichols, Lizzy Austin, and Madi Bland with a homerun! Brylee Moore and Autumn Coons pitched for the comeback win in the B game with a score of 16-8! Hitters in that game included Sydney Austin, Ella Sproul, Brylee Moore, Libby McElhinney, Autumn Coons, Haylie Taylor, and Paige Roper with a homerun! Way to stay undefeated girls!
Any current 8th-grade student interested in trying out for the 2022–2023 EHS Cheer Squad should complete this GOOGLE FORM. Information will then be sent to you via email. We will have clinics on Monday, April 25th, and Wednesday, April 27th, from 6–8 pm. Tryouts will be held on Friday, April 29th, beginning at 6 pm.
