Detention will be hosted by Mrs. Grimes in Room 221 from 2:30-3:15 pm today.
Hat Days will be every Friday this year! The cost is $.25 (you can always donate more!) and all money raised this semester will go to Pantry 279. These nine weeks, the three homerooms that raise the most money will earn prizes (more on that to come).

The in-school dentist is coming to Edgewood Junior High School on August 30th. You can sign up online at www.MySchoolDentist.com or by returning the permission form that was passed out in homeroom today. Permission forms should be turned in to the office and are due no later than Wednesday, August 25th.
School/yearbook pictures will be taken on Thursday, August 26th. Every student will have their picture taken regardless of whether or not picture packages are purchased. These pictures will be included in the 2021-2022 EJHS yearbook. If parents would like to order prints, they may do so with the following form: Kirkwood SchoolYearbook Picture Order Form Students should turn picture forms and money in to the photographer the day pictures are taken.
Are you interested in getting involved and making a difference here at EJHS? Then the EJHS Student Council may be for you! Student Council applications are online this year – please fill out the Google Form link provided in the Daily Announcements email. Make sure to follow all of the directions. EJHS is excited to announce a new partnership with GOFAN. All tickets for EJHS home athletic events MUST be purchased electronically. Tickets for all home events will be $4, children under four get in free. No senior discounts or family passes will be available this year. Our first home athletic event is on Monday, August 23rd when our volleyball team hosts Brown County.

The boys’ basketball program will be conducting a “Back 2 School” basketball camp. The camp will begin this Saturday (August 21st) at the junior high. Camp for 6th-8th grades will run from 10:15 to 11:30 am. Additional camp dates include August 28, September 11, and 18. Please use the link below to view more details and register for the camp.

This summer we had 110 Edgewood students participate in our basketball camps. We are excited to continue working with our younger players.
