Academic Super Bowl – Social Studies will meet tomorrow, February 4th, from 2:30-3:30 in Room 121. If you’re not able to come to the in-person practice, please join the meeting via Zoom.
Our 7th-grade and 8th-grade girls’ basketball teams hosted Greencastle on Monday night. The 7th-grade team improved to 3-0 defeating Greencastle 34-5. Reyanna Dryer had 10 points, Madison Bland had 8 points, and Allison Bland had 6 points. The 8th-graders improved to 1-1 winning 32-15. Makalynn Roofe scored 19 points, Madison Daniel had 6 points, Macey Crider had 4 points, and Carly Collier had 3 points. Congratulations!
On Monday, the 8th-grade boys’ basketball team defeated Greencastle 51-41. Carl Norris led the team with 18 points. Will Lawson gave the Colts a much-needed boost in the 2nd quarter. Luke Waugh played well at point guard scoring on multiple drives to the basket. Carson Huttenlocker played his best game of the season grabbing 6 offensive rebounds and scoring 9 points. The Colts play their last game of the season at home tonight vs. White River Valley. Good luck!
