Red Ribbon Week Tip of the Day: Discover your coping skills, and know your trusted adults. Coping skills help us work through stress, difficult situations, and pressures. A trusted adult, such as your guardians, teacher, counselor, social worker, school faculty, or coach can provide you support and help you through difficult times.
You can find the form to answer your Red Ribbon Trivia questions on your homeroom teacher’s google classroom. Fill out the trivia question responses, and the first two CORRECT responses will win a prize and be delivered by Mrs. Laughlin. Good luck!
Question 1: True or False. Teens are more at risk for addiction than other age groups.
Question 2: Does nicotine in vapes help people with depression or anxiety? Why or why not?
