Concern? Inquiry? Suggestion?

If you have a concern, inquiry, or suggestion, follow the steps for the related topic:

Classroom

1) Contact your child’s teacher or counselor.

Have a classroom or student-specific concern, inquiry or suggestion regarding instruction, discipline, behavior, etc? Many questions and concerns can be resolved in the classroom with your teacher.

Have a building concern, inquiry or suggestion regarding the facility, food services, transportation, athletics, etc.? Please contact the school principal, assistant principal, or Athletic Director.

Frequently Asked Questions

Transportation

Bus numbers, drivers, and routes do not change much each year. Parents can look in Harmony under the section BUS INFORMATION to see your student’s assigned bus number and estimated pick-up and drop-off times.

1. Update the address in your student’s Harmony account.

2. Contact your student’s school to let them know of the address change.

3. The Transportation Department will contact you via the phone number or email provided in your student’s Harmony account to let you know of any bus changes.

No, due to capacity your student is not allowed to ride a different bus than what has been assigned. This includes riding a different bus with friends, family, etc.

A bus assignment may be changed if it is a permanent and consistent change. For Example:

  • The student has moved, the student now goes to daycare, the student is now permanently going to a different location after school, etc.
  • The student will go to location A on Mon, Tue, Wed and location B on Thur, Fri. 
    •  

No, due to capacity your student is not allowed to ride a different bus than what has been assigned. This includes riding a different bus with friends, family, etc.

The first several weeks of school it is completely normal for buses to be running late as the schools, students, and drivers get accustomed to schedules.
