Let’s show some excitement for the NCAA tournament! Decide your favorite team for the NCAA Sweet 16 and wear their school colors on Friday. You might not have an Oral Roberts sweatshirt or an Oregon State polo shirt, but you can find something blue and gold, black and orange, or pin an Oregon State Beaver to the front of your shirt. So, Mustangs, who are you supporting the rest of the tournament?

STUDENT ACTIVITIES
Any junior or senior interested in helping plan prom please meet Mrs. Taft and Mrs. Niehoff in the commons after school on Monday, March 29.
Girls interested in playing soccer next year are welcome to join the open practices this spring, Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays 3:00 PM – 4:30 PM at the soccer fields. If you have any questions please email Coach Brittany Tucker at brtucker@rbbschools.net.
The past two weekends were very successful for the Edgewood Winter Guard and Winter Percussion! The Winter Percussion earned a spot in the Percussion State Finals with a performance of their show “The Crown” at Avon last weekend! They will travel to Ben Davis this Saturday and compete at 3:32 PM! The Winter Guard also punched their ticket to state finals by winning their past two contests! They will be performing their show “Pay it Forward” this weekend in the winter guard state finals at 7:45 PM at Franklin Central High School. Congratulations to these amazing young performers!

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Bloomington is excited to begin increasing volunteer opportunities in 2021! Here is an updated list of open volunteer positions.
The City of Bloomington is looking for lifeguards for the summer. If you are at least 15 years of age or already lifeguard certified and would like to be considered for a position please fill out an application by going to https://bloomington.in.gov/
As a sponsor of the 2nd annual EVERFI Financial Literacy Bee, German American Bank is excited to once again offer students, parents, and teachers access to an online financial literacy course. Please follow this link for detailed information on how to participate.
The Parkinson’s Wellness Center of Bloomington is seeking several student interns to assist for 3-5 months with marketing needs including: website design using WordPress, video recording and editing, boosting social media growth, and launching online classes for older populations. The Ellettsville Lions Club is having a Drive-Thru Fish Fry on March 26, from 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM, at the St. John the Apostle Catholic Church parking lot (4607 W. St. Rd. 46). A to-go dinner of freshly-fried fish, plus two sides, will cost $10, with all proceeds going toward scholarships for Edgewood High School band and choir seniors. Cash and credit cards will be accepted.
