Frequently Asked Questions about Enrollment

Does my child need to be potty-trained to attend EECC?

Children do not need to be potty-trained to attend EECC. In this case, we do ask that you provide diapers/Pull-Ups and your preferred wipes for your child.

Do you provide speech and/or special education services at EECC?

All students are screened for speech services when they begin school at EECC. Students who are determined to have speech needs that interfere with academic progress receive speech services. EECC is an inclusion-based preschool program. Students are evaluated for special education services as needed and receive services through our special education staff (inclusion teacher, occupational therapist, physical therapist, school psychologist) as determined by an Individualized Education Plan (IEP).

Do you provide transportation to and from school?

Families are responsible for transporting their children to and from school. Students whose Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) require transportation to preschool receive transportation services through our school corporation’s bus system. Students who qualify for preschool with On My Way Pre-K are also eligible to receive transportation services.

Do you offer tuition assistance at EECC?

EECC accepts CCDF and On My Way Pre-K vouchers for tuition payments. To determine if you qualify for tuition assistance through one of these programs, please click the links below.
