    GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENTS

    Student Stampede: Hey Mustangs! Our student section, the Stampede, is selling their shirts for the 2024-25 school year. The sale ends on August 25th BUT if you purchase your student pass online before August 16th, you will get your Stampede shirt for free! Both links are attached to the announcements so be sure to get yours today!

    The schedule change deadline for 1st semester is Tuesday, August 13th. at 3:00 p.m. Submit schedule change requests to your counselor via e-mail or by submitting the Request to See Your Counselor Google form.  Please keep in mind that due to the volume of requests already received, your counselor may not be able to respond to your request by 3:00 on Tuesday, but as long as your request is submitted by 3:00 it will be considered.  For more details, refer to the e-mail that Mrs. Winkler sent on August 12th.

    If you are planning on playing boys’ basketball and you are not involved in a fall sport, you need to attend after-school weights on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. These workouts begin at 2:45 and conclude at 4:15 p.m.
    Any boy in a fall sport who wants to try out for basketball needs to stop by Mr. Wadsworth’s room (E126). He can give you information regarding equipment, tryouts, etc.

    STUDENT PARKING: Students park in the front parking lot. In order to drive to school students must fill out the PARKING PERMIT APPLICATION

    You will then need to go to Mr. Latham in the front office with $1 and your driver’s license to get your parking permit. If you registered your vehicle previously, you do NOT need to get another permit.

    LOCKERS: Lockers will be available upon request this year. Please see Mr. Latham or Mrs. Waterford in the front/guidance office!

    THEATRE: Auditions for our fall play, “30 Reasons Not Be In A Play” will be held Monday, August 26th and Tuesday, August 27th from 3pm – 7pm in the High School Auditorium. Want to get involved but don’t want to perform on stage? We are also looking for crew members who want to get involved and meet new friends, but don’t want to be on stage. You can pick up an Information Packet at the front desk or visit HERE to get everything you need. We can’t wait to see you at auditions!

    NATIONAL HONORS SOCIETY: First meeting will take place at 7:00 am on Thursday, August 15 in the EHS auditorium!

    COUNSELING DEPARTMENT/SCHOLARSHIP INFORMATION

    Students who would like to request to see their counselor should complete this Google form: Request to See Your Counselor. The form should only be completed using the student’s RBB email. Students may not request schedule changes based on teacher or period preference.
