GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENTS
Puzzling: If you love puzzles, or Escape Rooms are your jam, please consider stopping by the Media Center on Friday during A, B, or C lunch to try your hand at solving a puzzle box. It is a great way to decompress and have fun at the end of a week of finals

The EHS Family Tree is up and waiting to be decorated! Students and staff, please bring in an ornament that represents you to decorate our Family Tree. Located outside the nurse’s office. Examples: favorite sport, activity, gaming, cultural or ethnic background, can be homemade or store bought, and it doesn’t have to be an actual ornament. Students can take their ornaments back on Friday.
Yearbook: The last day to order yearbooks at the $60 price is December 16th, 2022. Following that date, the price will increase to $70. Order now if you have not already and save $10. (Please note: We do not know for sure exactly when their computers will switch to the new price, so it is best to avoid waiting until the deadline.)
Don’t forget SENIOR ADS! If you are interested in purchasing an ad to recognize your graduating senior, visit the Jostens website to create and place your ad.

Stampede Shirts: We have limited Stampede shirts still for sale! If you would like one please see Mr. Jones in the front office or during lunch to purchase. We have sizes from Small through 3XL and the cost is $8.
Seniors: If you are interested in becoming a teacher and have either a 3.5 GPA, an 1130 SAT score, or an ACT score of at least 26, you qualify to apply for the $30,000 Next Generation Hoosier Educators Scholarship. See the email from Mr. Faust for information about applying for this scholarship.
Kirkwood Last Chance Yearbook Photos: Kirkwood will hold one last opportunity for any student who did not have their picture taken at school. This is TODAY from 2:30-5:00 at their photography studio.
Senior Cap and Gown Orders: If you did not turn in your cap and gown order, you will need to go online to do so BEFORE December. Order HERE

*There is a change to Student Driver Registration: All students who plan to drive to school must have a Parking Permit
- Students who have registered as drivers in a previous year and have not changed vehicles are not required to register again.
- After you have filled out the form in Harmony, bring your driver’s license and $1 cash to Mrs. Johnson in the school office ASAP to receive your sticker.

STUDENT ACTIVITIES
Media Center: Today’s Curious Wednesday video is the second part of Book Talk recommendations from students and staff. Come into the library at lunch today and enjoy hearing about some great books you might want to read over break.
Key Club: Interested in directly impacting Ellettsville and Monroe County through community service? Join Key Club! Key Club meets every other Thursday after school until 3:00. We complete numerous community service projects throughout the school year in order to help those around us! Feel free to attend the next meeting this Thursday, December 15th! We will be using old t-shirts to make dog toys for local animal shelters and watching a holiday movie!
Softball: Any girls planning on playing on the school softball team this spring needs to see Mr. Hammett at lunch or send him an email so he can get you on the email list.
The lacrosse team will have winter conditioning practices on Tuesday and Wednesdays, beginning at 6pm in the weight room. Nothing is needed, just show up! Contact Coach Mary (mellis@rbbschools.net) for more info.
Academic Super Bowl: If you think it would be fun to be a part of a team where you learn about music, art, literature, history, science, or math, then Academic Super Bowl is for you! We’re currently recruiting team members – all are welcome. If interested, contact Mrs. Van Allen in the library or one of the following teachers: Mr. Walter (math), Mrs. Mathias (English), Mr. Axsiom (fine arts), Mrs. Boivert-Storey (science), and Mr. Winkler (social studies). Sign up soon to be involved in an easy fundraiser to help cover your activity fee. This year’s theme is “The Age of Exploration: 1400-1650.”
National Honor Society: NHS will meet on the first Thursday of each month in the auditorium from 7-7:15 AM.
Writing Club: The Writing Club will meet Mondays after school in the library until 3:15. All are welcome!
Gymnastics: Any girl interested in being on the school gymnastics team this year needs to sign up on the list in the athletic office.
COUNSELING DEPARTMENT/SCHOLARSHIP INFORMATION
Junior scheduling appointments have been posted outside of the Counseling Office and across from the cafeteria. Be sure to check for your appointment date/time and be prepared for your appointment.
Students who would like to request to see their counselor, should complete this Google form: Request to See Your Counselor. The form should only be completed using the student’s RBB email. Students may not request schedule changes based on teacher or period preference.
