DAILY SCHEDULE

Results

Wrestling: Congrats to Cash Turner, the first four-time regional champ in Edgewood history! John Orman and Landon Clement will be joining Cash at semi-state this weekend.

Swimming: We had another great day of swimming and diving on Saturday at Girls Sectional Finals. The Girls team finished 7th overall (doubling the points we scored last year!) Our Medley Relay team finished 7th (Jenna Crosely, Ellie Lewis, Ellie Vagedes, Maya Gill, Cora Emmons, Nayeli Young, Jaelyn Woodcock, Zhenia Venegas). Sophomore Ellie Lewis finished 12th in the 200 Individual Medley and 8th in the 100 Breaststroke.  Freshman Ellie Vagedes finished 2nd in the 100 Butterfly, breaking her record from Thursday night with a 1:01.71.  She also finished 8th in the 100 Backstroke. Freshman Avery Dunham finished 7th in Diving. The 200 Freestyle Relay team finished 10th (Ellie Lewis, Cora Emmons, Maya Gill, Zhenia Venegas, Elli Emmons, Ellie Vagedes, Maddie Porter, Allison Lilley). And the 400 Freestyle Relay team moved up 2 places to finish 6th (Ellie Vagedes, Elli Emmons, Maya Gill, Zhenia Venegas, Maddie Porter, Ellie Lewis, Marilyn Ballard, Allison Lilley). With such a young team, we are really looking forward to next season already.  We will miss Senior Jenna Crosely, but her career isn’t over as she is swimming for Anderson College next year.  We wish her success in and out of the pool.

*There is a change to Student Driver Registration: All students who plan to drive to school must have a Parking Permit Registration on file with the school even if the car has been previously registered by another EHS student/sibling and already has a parking tag. Every car in the student parking lot must be registered to the current driver. Parents can find and fill out this form in Harmony Family Access with the registration paperwork. Any student who has already received a tag for a car registered to them after filling out the old Google Form, does not need to redo the form in Harmony.

  • Students who have registered as drivers in a previous year and have not changed vehicles are not required to register again.
  • After you have filled out the form in Harmony, bring your driver’s license and $1 cash to Mrs. Johnson in the school office ASAP to receive your sticker.
