On Saturday the Mustangs competed at the indoor state track meet at IU in the large school division. Clara Crain set a new school record and finished 5th in the 3200. Sara Polito finished 17th in the 60 Hurdles. The 4×200 relay team of Ella Hayden, Sara Polito, Ashley Abram, and Piper Stephens finished 22nd, and the 4×400 relay of Ella Hayden, Sara Polito, Piper Stephens, and Emma Edwards set a new school record and finished 13th.

Literary Magazine: Listen up, Edgewood students! Did you know that EHS publishes its very own student-produced, student-staffed literary magazine? It’s called AESOP, and it is an equal-opportunity chance for ANY student in ANY grade to get their original creative work reviewed and possibly published. If you like reading and judging others’ creative writing and you’re curious about what being a staffer on the magazine involves, come to a QUICK call-out meeting in Ms. Junken’s room on Tuesday, March 28 right after school to find out more. Curious Wednesday: This week’s Curious Wednesday topic is Part 2 of Local Trails and Indiana State Parks. We had fun learning about some local outdoor destinations for our Part 1 video. Now some teachers have even more ideas for you. Come join us Wednesday at lunch in the library!
Cheer: Any student interested in trying out for the 2023 – 2024 Cheer Squad, please complete the google form and we will send you all the information via email.
