Tennis: The girls tennis team defeated Linton 5-0. Congratulations to our two seniors Kaiden Harrington and Candace Rosemeier who finished out the season with a 6-0, 6-0 sweep.
Softball: Bland’s 3 Run Homer lifts Lady Mustangs over Cougars. Madi Bland’s 2 out, 3 run homer in the bottom of the 7th helped the Lady Mustangs secure a 9-8 win over North Putnam giving them 2nd place in the conference with a 9-1 record. Having 3 hits was Piper Stephens. Jaylen Robinson had 2 hits and was also the winning pitcher picking up her 16th win of the season. The Lady Mustangs now prepare for the sectional next Tuesday at Northview taking on the host team at 5:30.

- Please remember to represent EHS in a positive manner while in the park.
- It is important to remember Rider Safety and follow all Park Health & Safety Rules. Our park safety rules are posted on our website at www.Holidayworld.com/rules and at each of our attractions. Breaking these rules could result in the violator being banned from a specific ride or even the entire park for that day or longer.
- Anyone in violation of park rules will be placed in the care of the school’s Point of Contact.

Robotics Call Out: Do you like to build things? Have you thought about engineering as a hobby or a career? Or maybe you like coding? Robotics may be for you. If you think you might be interested in being part of a fun and creative team, building robots and participating in fun challenges, come to our call out meeting Thursday May 18th 2:30-3:30pm in the ILC. Girls Golf: Any girl interested in playing golf this fall needs to stop by and see Mr. Lee sometime before school ends to be put on the information stream.
Jam Session: Need a break from all the hard work you’re doing to prepare for the end of the school year? Relax and enjoy eating lunch with your friends during the final Jam Session of the year in the library on Wednesday, May 17th. This event has been very successful in the past because it changes up lunch a bit and allows you to relax and listen to live music. Students and staff who would like to perform during your lunch period, please see Mrs. Van Allen before Wednesday to sign up to perform.

Breakfast: If you wish to get breakfast, you will have to visit the cafeteria before the first class starts (homeroom or 1st). The cafeteria will be closed after that time.
Seniors: If you wish to be recognized at Honors Night for receiving a college scholarship but have not yet completed the Google Form to do so, be sure to see Mr. Faust’s email.
Cap and Gowns: Seniors who did not pick up their caps and gowns should come to the office to do so ASAP. Mrs. Johnson sent an email about an optional Cap and Gown session being offered by Kirkwood.
Yearbook: Did you miss ordering the 2023 El Corral yearbook? There are still a limited number copies available! See Mr. Axsiom to purchase a copy for $70, cash or check made payable to Edgewood High School. Students who pre-ordered a book and have not yet picked it up can see Mr. Axsiom to do so.
Superintendent’s Awards: This year’s Superintendent’s Award winners have been posted outside the office and across from the cafeteria doors. For this year, If all of your nine-week grades and all of your semester grades were A- or higher, you will receive the Superintendent’s Award. If this is you, check the list to make sure you are included. If not on the list and you think you should be, see Mrs. Waterford in the Guidance Office.
Marketing Fundamentals has been added as a new course for the 2023-24 school year! In this class you will learn from marketing professionals, create advertisements for school events, explore social media marketing, and use your creativity to market food, sports, and more. For more information, read the e-mail that Mrs. Winkler sent on April 21st. Contact your counselor right away if you are interested in taking this class next year.

- Students who have registered as drivers in a previous year and have not changed vehicles are not required to register again.
