SOFTBALL: Last night, the Edgewood Colts did a fantastic job in their opening softball game! The A team, led by Molly Hudson on the mound, won with a lot of fantastic hits. B team, led by Izzy Campbell, also dominated. Both teams did great in their opening night! Great job, girls!

TENNIS: The girls tennis team lost a close one to Bedford last night, 2-3, with varsity wins coming from Poppy Bishop and Emerson DeSalle. The JV also had wins from the doubles duo of Kierston Walker and Zoey Carter.

A baby hamster can run up to 8 miles a night on a wheel.

2025 ATHLETIC PHYSICAL NIGHT
Edgewood High School will be hosting the 2025 Physical Night for anyone interested in playing sports for the 2025-2026 school year tonight from 6:00 – 9:00 PM in the EHS Gymnasium. This will be for any student entering grades 6-12.
The cost of the physical is $25 plus the transaction fee and can be purchased through EventLink to complete your registration. We are only taking payment via EventLink for this event, so paying ahead of time is important.

Every summer, the Indiana Sheriffs Association offers a camp for students who want to explore law enforcement as a potential career. Athletic Physicals: Student-athletes must have a completed physical before they may participate in tryouts or practice. A physical dated after April 1 is good for the entire school year. We encourage parents to take advantage of the athletic physical night at Edgewood High School each spring in order to have their student-athlete prepared for any activity they choose to participate in for the following school year. Transportation Fees: Each student-athlete will be required to pay a $35 transportation fee for each sport in which he/she participates. Make payments on Eventlink HERE.

Event Tickets: We are cashless. At the gate, we will have a card reader for bank and credit cards. You can also pre-purchase tickets on Eventlink HERE.
- Gate Ticket Prices: $5 per person. plus a .85 cent fee
- EJHS All Sports Season Passes: Each pass is good for admission to all home EJHS athletic events, excluding County and WIC tournaments. Non-Transferable – Edgewood High School events are not covered by this pass.

Attention Students!
Have you had a rough start to your morning and forgotten to brush your teeth or put on deodorant? From today on, if you find yourself in this situation, complete our Colts Care Closet form online, and your EJHS Student Services providers will help you get those needs met. We have new hygiene products, new or gently used clothing, and more available for your personal use. You will find the link to the Colts Care form in your email, on the counselor sign-up form, and in your student bookmarks. We look forward to providing this support to you and want to thank everyone who has donated to this cause!

Not Feeling Well: Students, if you’re not feeling well, report to the Health Office. The Health Aide will contact your parent if you need to go home. By-passing the Health Office and contacting your parent yourself will be an unexcused absence. Parents, if your student contacts you, please refer them to the Health Office.

Student Photographs, Videos, and/or Sound Recordings Opt-Out: Last year, we moved to students having to OPT OUT of having their photo taken. This means all students are allowed to have their photo taken unless their parent/guardian fills out the attached form and brings it back to the office.

Chromebooks/Chargers: If you have any issues or damage to your Chromebook please see Ms. Edgeman in the Media Center. See Ms. Edgeman if you need to purchase a new charger.
