RESULTS

The wrestling team absolutely destroyed North Clay last week with a final score of 90-42. Should we list everyone who won? Absolutely? Unfortunately, it was nearly the entire team. The Colts won 16 out of 20 matches so we will hold off on naming them individually, just know, they are kicking butt. Tonight is your last chance to come out and see the Colts in action at home. Be there or be square!

Last night the 7th grade girls’ basketball team beat Owen Valley. The 8th grade team had a tough loss against Owen Valley.

EJHS Robotics would like to congratulate team E for winning the Excellence award at our Final Countdown tournament last Saturday! Abigail Gregory, Bella Gallagher, Johanna Geboy, Nico Babbs, and Xavier Connell have earned their chance to compete in the Indiana State Robotics Championship in March. Way to go, Colts!!!

Edgewood Swimming had a meet last night against Jackson Creek, and while both teams came up short, the swimmers put on an outstanding performance! The team recorded 30 personal best times, showcasing their hard work and determination.

First-place finishes included:
🏅 Hudson Scholl – 100 IM
🏅 Jillian Cowden – 50 Back
🏅 200 Free Relay – Jillian Cowden, Annalise Emmons, Emerson Kester, and Dorothy Hamilton

Other standout swims:
⭐ Jack Martindale – Dropped 7 seconds in the 50 Free
⭐ Emerson Kester – Dropped 10 seconds in the 200 Free
⭐ Addison Clark – Dropped 12 seconds in the 100 Free
⭐ Mason Harding – Dropped 4 seconds in the 50 Back

But the highlight of the night?
🎉 Annalise Emmons won diving and set a new school record with an incredible score of 137.50!

Congratulations to all our swimmers on a fantastic meet! Keep up the hard work! 💪🏊‍♂️🔥
