Please join us in congratulating two of our very own EJHS robotics teams! Team 52191F, Built Different, will be competing this Saturday in the Indiana VEX Robotics State Tournament at Lucas Oil Stadium. This team includes Liam Kersten, Cairo Beyers, Aiden Sutton, Pacer Norris, and Makenna Dhom! Go Colts! Win State!
Team 52191C, the Potterheads, will be packing up and heading to Iowa this weekend to compete in the U.S. Create VEX Robotics Tournament in Council Bluffs next week!  This team includes Lorelei Hanson, Wren Ferguson, Ailynn Kvale, Chloe Chambers, and alternates Sydney Adams and Ben Grunhard. Good luck, Colts!

There will be softball practice on Tuesday, followed by a parent meeting.  Additional practice days will be Wednesday and Thursday.  Listen closely for updates concerning locations and the weather. See Coach Ayer with questions.

Volleyball open gyms will start next Friday from 5:30-7 pm in the multipurpose room. For more information see Ms. Edgeman in the Media Center.

The guard will be hosting a Guard and Dance clinic for students K-12 on Saturday, April 8 at EHS from 10:30 am-1 pm. There will be a performance at 12:30 pm in the EHS Gym for the different age groups with flag and dance. The Winter Guard along with the new JH Guard will also perform. Interested students can pick up a clinic form in the EJHS Band Hall.  Forms and money can be turned in to the front office or to Mr. Koehler in the band room. If turned in by Friday, March 24, a shirt will be given out at the clinic. Registration after March 24 is good, but a shirt on the day of the clinic is not guaranteed. 8th-grade students and parents: Please submit two photos for use in the end-of-the-year memory slideshow to be shown at EJHS Honors and Awards Day. ALL students will be represented. One image should be a current photo of you–school-related if possible, but not your school yearbook portrait. The other should be from when you were young.
Please upload good quality, school-appropriate JPEG images to the online link by the Friday after Spring Break, March 24th. (You may have to copy the URL and paste it into a browser for it to work.)

EJHS Cheer tryouts are right around the corner! If you are interested please fill out the google form attached and a cheer packet will be emailed with more information including two forms to fill out and return at the first clinic. Below are the clinic and tryout dates and times. student athletes must have a completed physical form on file in the office before they may participate in tryouts or practice. A physical dated after April 1 is good for the entire next school year.

Students if you’re not feeling well report to the Health Office. The Health Aide will contact your parent if you need to go home. By-passing the Health Office and contacting your parent yourself will be an unexcused absence. Parents, if your student contacts you, please refer them to the Health Office.

Last opportunity to purchase your EJHS 2023 Yearbook. After February 24th, a limited supply MIGHT be available for an additional price. All copies will be delivered during the last week of school.

Each Proof-Of-Purchase tab is worth 25 cents and helps support our school by providing extra funds. Bring your tabs to the Main Office anytime throughout the year.

Just a reminder that all athletic events went cashless. You can use this GOFAN LINK to pre-purchase tickets or use our card reader at the door.

Students if you have a physical form please turn that into the office as soon as possible. We will be using GOFAN to collect transportation fees this season. The cost is $30 and must be paid before the first competition.
