Athletes who participated in fall sports must return their equipment and uniforms as soon as possible. You will not be eligible to participate in winter sports if they are not returned.

Join us today for a special celebration as we celebrate Barley’s 2nd birthday! Meet us outside across from the baseball field during Regulation Break. We’ll gather to sing “Happy Birthday” at 9:40 am and enjoy some fun together. Don’t miss it!

EJHS GLOW PARTY – Tickets are on Sale NOW!

The EJHS PTO invites you to join us on October 25 at the EJHS Fall GLOW PARTY (2:30-5 PM at EJHS)! We will have a DJ in the gym and will be selling pizza, glow items, candy, and drinks in the cafeteria. All proceeds go directly back to support EJHS students and teachers through your EJHS PTO; this event is open to EJHS students only. Pre-sale tickets are $6–if you purchase a ticket with cash at the door it will be $7. All pre-sale tickets will be handed out to EJHS students prior to the dance to make entry faster (a benefit of pre-purchasing)!

School Picture Retakes will be on October 28th. 

EJHS Fall Flu and Covid Clinic: This will be on Thursday, October 31st. Please have the completed forms returned to the EJHS Health Office no later than October 15th. If you need a paper copy contact the EJHS Health Office.

Pumpkinfest Information – November 2nd from 5-9pm: Pumpkinfest is right around the corner! We would love for you to join in on the fun on November 2nd from 5-9 pm. Click the LINK for all the details about the contests, fun activities, and oh so much more.

Cuddly Colt Club: We’re bringing back the Cuddly Colt Club, featuring our amazing school therapy dog, Barley! The club will start after fall break and will include:

  • Playtime with Barley: Enjoy some fun and cuddly moments with our furry friend!
  • Pen Pals: Connect with other therapy dog teams and classrooms across the nation to share experiences and stories.
  • Fun Activities: Participate in games, crafts, and more with Barley and your fellow club members!

If you’re interested in joining the Cuddly Colt Club, please complete the interest form so the official start date can be determined. You can also join the Cuddly Colt Google Classroom using classroom code: wgaod5k
We can’t wait to see you and share some paws-itively great times together!

Edgewood CrossFit: We will meet every Monday and Wednesday from 2:30 – 4 pm in the EJHS weight room. Any students interested in joining must fill out the interest form sent via email. Daily attendance check-in will be required. Classes will be capped at 16 each day. For more information, visit Coach Randi or Mr. Sparks in the weight room.

ATHLETICS INFORMATION

2024-2025 Fall Sports Pictures by Focus812: Password: EJHS24

Athletic Physicals: Student-athletes must have a completed physical before they may participate in tryouts or practice. A physical dated after April 1 is good for the entire school year. We encourage parents to take advantage of the athletic physical night at Edgewood High School each spring in order to have their student-athlete prepared for any activity they choose to participate in for the following school year. FinalForms: All physicals are now completed through FinalForms. All athletes MUST be registered on FinalForms. Register HERE

Transportation Fees: Each student-athlete will be required to pay a $35 transportation fee for each sport in which he/she participates. Make payments on Eventlink HERE.

Event Tickets: We are cashless. We will have a card reader for bank and credit cards at the gate. Or you can pre-purchase tickets on Eventlink HERE.

  • Gate Ticket Prices: $5 per person
  • EJHS All Sports Season Passes: Each pass is good for admission to all home EJHS athletic events excluding County and WIC tournaments. Non-Transferable – Edgewood High School events are not covered by this pass.

COUNSELING DEPARTMENT

Students who would like to request to see their counselor should complete this Google form: EJHS Counselor Sign up. The form should only be completed using the student’s RBB email.

Attention Students!
Have you had a rough start to your morning and forgot to brush your teeth or put on deodorant? From today on, if you find yourself in this situation you complete our Colts Care Closet form online and your EJHS Student Services providers will help you get those needs met. We have new hygiene products, new or gently used clothing, and more available for your personal use. You will find the link to the Colts Care form in your email, on the counselor sign-up form, and in your student bookmarks. We look forward to providing this support to you and want to thank everyone who has donated to this cause!

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Pizza X POP Tabs: Love Pizza X? Love EJHS? Eat pizza from Pizza X and save the Proof-Of-Purchase (POP) tabs from the pizza boxes. Ask your friends and family to save them as well. Each Proof-Of-Purchase tab is worth 25 cents.

Not Feeling Well: Students, if you’re not feeling well, report to the Health Office. The Health Aide will contact your parent if you need to go home. By-passing the Health Office and contacting your parent yourself will be an unexcused absence. Parents, if your student contacts you, please refer them to the Health Office.

Student Photographs, Videos, and/or Sound Recordings Opt-Out:  Last year we moved to students having to OPT OUT of having their photo taken. This means all students are allowed to have their photo taken unless their parent/guardian fills out the attached form and brings it back to the office.

Chromebooks/Chargers: If you have any issues or damage to your Chromebook please see Ms. Edgeman in the Media Center. See Ms. Edgeman if you need to purchase a new charger.
