RESULTS

The boys varsity tennis team lost a hard-fought match to Brown County last night with the JV team ending in a tie. Outstanding performances came from our #2 singles player, Ty Wadsworth, as well as our JV team of Carver Crowe, Gabe Norman, Eric Peden, Callen Robertson, Micah Lawrence, Bryan Rogers, Jude McCormack, and Alec Sills. The team takes on Indian Creek next Monday.

Boys and Girls cross country both won last night against Eastern and OV, with the girls winning by 2, with Josephine Buckley and Keaton Connors in the top 5, and the boys finishing with almost a perfect score and taking places 1-4 with a team of Zaden Norris, Noah Gallagher, Matthew Rouker and Soren Kensek. We had 12 runners have season-best times with big-time drops by Ava Cassidy, Madison Hayden, and Luke Chastain.

INTERESTING FACTS:

Your brain hides your nose. Did you know that your nose is always visible to you? You can’t see it very well because your brain ignores it through a process called Unconscious Selective Attention. So, even though your nose is right in front of you, your brain focuses on other things instead. Amazing, isn’t it?
