As we gear up for Teacher Appreciation Week, Join us in showing our incredible educators just how much we value their hard work and dedication!
Our staff here at EHS go above and beyond every day to ensure that our students receive the best possible education. They invest their time, energy, and passion into shaping the minds and hearts of our children, and we are immensely grateful for their tireless efforts.
This year, we’re planning a special celebration to honor our teachers during Teachers Appreciation Week, which will take place from April 29th to May 3rd. We believe that expressing our gratitude is crucial, and we’re counting on the support of our wonderful school community to make this event truly special!
There are several ways you can contribute to Teacher Appreciation Week:
1. Sponsor: Your financial contributions will help us fund special gifts, treats, and a “sponsor a lunch” for our teachers. Every little bit helps, and your generosity will directly impact the success of this event. You can send in cash (in an envelope marked “staff donations”) or Venmo me at @dereklatham with the comment “staff donations”
2. Donate: Deliver candy, cookies, or treats, store-bought or homemade, before Tuesday, April 30 to share with staff – or go HERE to contribute food/dessert/drinks to our Teacher Appreciation Cookout (Friday, May 3) and Breakfast (Wednesday, May 1)
3. Words of Appreciation: Encourage your child (or yourself!) to write a heartfelt note for their teachers. Your words of gratitude mean the world to them and serve as a constant source of motivation! Please have them turned in to the office by Wednesday, May 1, so we can distribute them on that Thursday!
Your support plays a crucial role in making Teacher Appreciation Week a success, and we’re truly grateful for your partnership in honoring our educators. Together, let’s make sure they feel cherished and appreciated for all that they do!
