Welcome to Red Ribbon Week! Red Ribbon Week is a drug prevention awareness campaign that provides education on the risks and dangers of substance use. This week, we will be promoting healthy choices and positive mental health by playing Red Ribbon Trivia.
Red Ribbon Tip of the Day: One healthy habit we can all develop is being ready for school by getting enough sleep each night. For students in Junior High, that means getting 9-10 hours of sleep every night.
Here is your Red Ribbon Trivia Question for Day 1. You can find the form to answer your Red Ribbon Trivia questions on your homeroom teacher’s Google classroom. Fill out the trivia question responses, and the first two CORRECT responses will win a prize and be delivered by Mrs. Laughlin. Good luck!
Question 1: What are 3 reasons that teens may start using drugs or alcohol, and 3 reasons to not use drugs or alcohol?
Question 2: True or False: Alcohol is the most commonly abused substance among teens in the United States.
