Monday’s Spirit Day theme is Characters and Cookies! Dress as your favorite Christmas character; Rudolph or Frosty, Santa or Clark Griswald, it doesn’t matter! There will also be cookies to decorate during lunches!

German Honor Society hopes that you enjoy some German Christmas trivia this week. If you wonder why the German classes are making gingerbread houses today, it’s because gingerbread houses originated in Germany during the 1500s from the Grimm Brothers’ “Hansel and Gretel” fairy tale and became associated with Christmas.

If you have not taken a look, check out the new bulletin boards located in the Commons. One of the bulletin boards focuses on college and the other is career themed. Information on each board is to be informative and periodically, the information will be updated so keep checking back. Areas focused on include military, career spotlight, trades, defining higher education degrees (associate, bachelors, masters) and explaining certificates, apprenticeships, internships, FAFSA, scholarships, and job postings. Please check out the information and if you have any questions, please let Mrs. Harrington know!

The Edgewood Fishing Team will be having a call-out meeting on December 16th at 6 pm in the cafeteria. If you’re an angler, come out and see this is for you! If you have any questions please contact Brian Mobley at 812-325-3046.

The last day to order yearbooks at the $60 price is December 14th, 2022. Following that date, the price will increase to $70. Also, don’t forget SENIOR ADS! If you are interested in purchasing an ad to recognize your graduating senior, visit the Jostens website to create and place your ad.

STUDENT PARKING: Students park in the front parking lot. In order to drive to school students must fill out the PARKING PERMIT APPLICATION
You will then need to go to Mr. Latham in the front office with $1 and your driver’s license to get your parking permit. If you registered your vehicle previously, you do NOT need to get another permit.
COUNSELING DEPARTMENT/SCHOLARSHIP INFORMATION
Students who would like to request to see their counselor should complete this Google form: Request to See Your Counselor. The form should only be completed using the student’s RBB email. Students may not request schedule changes based on teacher or period preference.
