- Be sure to update your child’s Alert numbers in Harmony for our automated call service to receive all important information alerts.
- Delays and closures will be announced on the district Facebook page (@RBBSchools) and local tv and radio stations.
We encourage interaction between parents and teachers, however, we discourage interrupting instructional time.
- Please leave a voicemail message for the teacher. Teachers will then return messages as they are able. If the message is urgent, call the office and we will contact the teacher for you.
- You may also e-mail your child's teacher. Their e-mails are listed on the Staff Directory: HERE
Find out more information about Breakfast, Lunch, Free and Reduced Applications, Lunch Accounts and more HERE
If you have completed a background check, please feel free to join your student for lunch anytime you would like.
- Please do not bring any outside food from restaurants. You may bring a lunch from home or buy school lunch on your child's account.
- Check in in the front office. We will scan your ID and give you a badge to wear while you are in the building. Then, please check out once lunch is over.
- When you do arrive you can meet your student right outside of the cafeteria.
- It is always helpful to send a note to school so the teacher is aware that the student will be leaving and able to send any papers/items home with your student.
- When you arrive to pick up your student you will need to go into the office to sign the student out and someone will call the classroom to have your student sent to the office.
If your child is late, please park and walk your child into the office where your child will be given a pass to class.
- Parents need to call the office to report the absence.
- t. 812.876.2219
- If calling before or after school hours you will be directed to the attendance line - please leave a message.
- Please do not contact the teacher. Teachers will receive the message from the office.
Pre-arranged absence forms should be taken into the office and approved by the principal. Students are required to make up missed assignments and may be given assignments ahead of time to complete.
